Good morning, FS friends. Yesterday's weight loss held for this morning as well. Calories yesterday were 2,392. Exercise output was 3,437, for a calorie deficit of 1,045. I could have SUCH a larger deficit if I didn't eat so many snacks! Only got in 2.3 miles of walking yesterday, though ANY walking is an improvement over where I was just a month ago.

Finally, doctor appointment is today. Though knee pain hasn't been so bad the past couple of days, I'm going to see if I can get something for pain for when it IS bad. Also, hopefully going to get something effective for these allergies. And, I'm going to show him this SLIT in my nostril, which has developed over the past six months.

The Price Monitoring job that was being so lucrative since last October has pretty much dried up in the past couple of weeks - apparently, too many people have found out about it and there aren't enough jobs to go around. My husband and I were each getting about $500/month just from going out for an hour every morning. That extra income was a real blessing. I have to remind myself that GOD is my source and that He will supply for all our needs, as He has always done, whether or not this income stream remains available.

Allergies were so bad yesterday that when I woke up, my eye was swollen almost completely shut! I looked like I had been on the losing end of a heavyweight boxing match! So thankful it's about 85% better today!

253.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello Debbie, thank you for letting me know where are you from. I am original from germany, but i live in new zealand since18 yaers. CBD oil is cannabis, and you can buy it much cheaper in the USA
