Booo, my weight is inching up about 0.5 lb per week. I can think of 2 reasons why this might be happening. Ok, 3 reasons. First, the week off I took several weeks ago b/c of my cold may finally be showing its effect. Second, I have been running ... a lot. I am likely building muscle tone and mass as I make significant gains in my running performance. I think this second reason is very likely b/c my body continues to show positive results even if the scale is creeping upward. Third, my monthly visitor recently excused herself, so perhaps this is some residual water retention. Shrug.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
