Another little weight gain today. I am still very happy to see that I now fluctuate in the 113 kgs, and not in 114/115 as I did just a week ago. It seems that these days the weight loss comes more in increments. I will hang in this weight group a little while, going up and down but nothing significant, then all of a sudden I lose 1500 grams. Then I stay there a while and so on. Strange. Well, important thing is that in the larger perspective I keep losing. Who cares if I lose EVERY day as long as I can see a clear calorie deficit and that my weight IS coming down.

Today will be super easy to calculate. Basically having food identically to yesterday. Looking forward to it. Life is good!
249.6 lb Lost so far: 92.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
