Lots of stress today. Didn't get the h20 or rest needed. Hard drive fatal, cat missing, deadlines to meet! Stayed up all night fixing computer. But, good news, I never was tempted to eat carbs not preplanned! I really like the diet journal capabilities. I've already planned today and I feel confident in my choices.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
