I ran about 10k yesterday. I don’t know exactly because my fitness tracker’s gps is broken. The one I got as a replacement for the other one that had a broken gps… sigh. Have a great day FSF!
129.9 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
