BF est 8.1%

Same weight, but overnight the body fat reading dropped by nearly a full percent!

...which is a good reminder as to why every such reading from a home-consumer-grade device needs to be taken with a serious grain of salt.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yep, this is true. you weight can fluctuate as well as your bf depending on what you ate, drank, how much sleep you got, etc.

Yep. Especially since I shifted from weight loss into maintenance mode, and from primarily cardio exercise to P90X, my weight has been jumping around a lot more. I've seen the scale go up and down as much as 6 pounds within 24 hours. Makes it hard to figure exactly what I do weigh - but on the plus side, I pay less attention to the scale, and more attention to how I look and how my clothes fit, which is probably a better metric anyway.
