Getting ready for the new challenge: ten pounds in four weeks. This feels just right at this time, ambitious enough to motivate me without being so ambitious as to demand extreme tactics.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
