Not a loss but not a gain. Still trying to get back in a routine.

I'm aiming to go swimming every Thursday for the rest of the summer as a low impact way of getting some cardio.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
