Just got back from vacation and am back on my scale. Gained a little, but hard not to do on vacation. Made it back to the gym at 6am and going again after work. Hope to get it back off soon.
231.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
