This has been the most exciting 8 days. Most recently I have made changes which have really helped. I'm losing again, after two month stall. I hope it keeps going. I am not changing anything. Going to be super careful to keep all my macros the same.

And I'm excited too because my older brother was telling me I was "preposterous" to be eating so much fat in hopes of losing weight. He is old school when it comes to fat consumption, he is into "low" fat. I on the other hand am doing super high fat. ;P
211.6 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Low fat, processed foods contain way too much sodium, sugar and artificial sweeteners to make up for the fact that they taste awful because they took the fat out!
