So I wanted to do a little test. I weighted the morning of my daughter's Birthday because I knew I would have a very high Calorie day. Then I weighed the morning after. Found that I lost another 1.6 pounds. It perplexes me that I dropped more. By all reasoning I shouldn't have. Granted I did do a LOT of walking but it wasn't walking to exercise it was walking to get places. So there was physical exertion but not to the point that it would have been if I went on a exercise walk. I am going to record this experience even through it is outside my normal bi-monthly weigh- ins.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 161.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weighing in daily, I get this all the time. The weight can SEVERELY fluctuate, and sometimes it drives me crazy. It does seem that often I lose unexpected weight after doing something bad. I have no idea why. I wish it was something I could count on every day, then I would just eat bad every day. However, I have realized where that takes me. :)

That is precisely why I don't weigh daily.

Lol, Oh, I GOTTA weigh daily. As much as it frustrates me, I also feel that I need the short leash and the control. I would not be thinking of anything but my weight (and it's bad enough already) if I only weighed in once per week.
