my vacation was delayed so hubby and I just relaxed. Been eating resonably healthy and staying very active. I'm not stressed so resisting cravings has been much easier. We leave for vacation tomorrow and the eats should be... very good. I will try to enjoy without overindulging by cutting portion sizes and feeding hubby half of everything... (smile).
224.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
