The result of my perfect week, Monday through Friday is 2.8 pounds lost on the weight side but more importantly, looking back and looking at the challenges (when you are hanging with a friend and they offer you something decadent to eat or that extra glass or wine or saying I'm tired, I will exercise tomorrow) that seemed so hard at the time, it was pretty easy to say no or to say yes for 5 days. No to terrible eating and getting off track and yes to exercising when you wanted to put it off.

Today and Sunday are non exercise days but I know I will ride the bike for at least a half hour and I will hit the punching bag as well.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU DID THIS WEEK AND HAVE A NICE WEEKEND!
218.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You had a great week! Mine was good too, thanks for asking :) I think what's even better than your weight loss (which is fab, by the way) is that you were able to say yes and no in the right situations. That takes resolve, and resolve is like a muscle - the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Keep it up :)
