I have to say this was a hard week. I tried to stay as motivated as possible but as this semester in school winds down and finals approach things are getting hectic. I am really going have to watch myself over the next week. I have 2 birthday parties and a pot luck. All 3 events are going to be times of having maintain my self control. Hopefully I will not undo any progress that I have made.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
