I dident skip today but I will make it up with dbl skips My sons Reports were very good and we took them to spur for a treat :) I dident really cheat but I only had a milkshake I dont have "cheat days" I did enjoy it but back on track today.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
