wnt shopping yesterday and its amazing how I saw my body in a different light for the first time...I'm actually alot bigger than I thought I was, On auto pilot I grabbed some shorts in the size I normally wear..I couldnt get one leg into them! I needed not one but two sizes bigger! Now that if anything is a shock back to reality - this needs to happen and this needs to happen now!
