Anyone ever get so embarrassed that you hide the truth? Yea, that’s me and this weight. I’ve now given back a 1/3 of what I claimed last year, and truth be told I didn’t know why (at least initially) and that caused me to stress, which started a vicious cycle which started in Jan. I’ve come to realize the true impact of stress and how I deal with it. I lost all strength to fight my binging and fed my demons. Hopefully, that has been understood and I’m ready to right this ship. I still have to manage that which started the stress to begin with, but awareness is everything.
