It seem with the holiday ,Time with and family, Friends , My weigh is up n down. Gain a lb. lose a lbs. gain 1/2 of lb. lose a 1/2 of lb. . HOPEFULLY WITH HAVING TO GO BACK TO WORK TOMORROW I'll BE ABLE TO LOSE AND CONTINUE WITHOUT ALL OF THIS up n down
