So close to jumping into the 80s.
In the lower 80’s my body is straight up and down, no rolls. Yet, to have no rolls, you must have no rolls! 😁
I think now that my computer works I’ll be able to have time to get steps in the warehouse again. 👍
My only exercise has been sleeping, sitting, and resting!😕
Sometimes I feel exercise is a dirty word; every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate!😔
Let’s make it matter today to lose a few!💪😁👏
190.1 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here I was thinking you were watching Sixteen Candles and dancing to Billy Idol…then I realized you were talking about weight goals. But no doubt the 80’s was a fun time.
