Been snacking a lot. Has been a bad week. Hoping that I will correct this shortly.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

this is not a game of hoping and gambling. This is a game of determination and perseverance. So stop hoping and start doing something about it!!! ((hugs anyways))

Kmunson, instead of a snack, drink some water, I've been adding chocolate mint leaves to mine with an abundance of several kinds of mint in my yard. A bit of citrus of any kind is also good. Adds a bit of flavor. A snack of something on your plan but fit it into your limits for the day. My plan includes fruit, right now cherries are in season, really good for you and a few can help the munchies.

Your power is in knowing the routine, so we both know you can cheat a little, as long as we remember we have to repay it later with healthier eating, & maybe lower calorie intake for awhile. It all works out fine, as long as we keep trying & being aware. That's the key to making it a lifetime change.
