yay!! steak day worked
136.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You got it! ZERO carbs, all fat & protein. Just a HUGE 10+ oz steak smothered in butter for dinner. Nothing else the whole day but that. After a round of hCG if my weight goes above my stabilized set weight by 2lbs (at any time)I just do a steak day and poof! I'm back ;)

I feel like I need a steak day but I found so many different ways of doing it. Thanks!!! Doing a steak day tomorrow. Do you still take your supplments and drops?

Fellow hCGer? yay!! :) Steak days are for Phase 3 & Phase 4. If you're still taking drops the you're still in Phase 2 which in that case steak days aren't allowed. Are you stalled for more than 3 days? If so then maybe an Apple Day will help the scale move again.

happy for ya ....I lost 26 lbs on low carb ,, stopped ,, then had my knee replacement haven't been going over my RDI ,,, and losing again ,,, any ways one of the things I really really Liked about low carbing is I lost my ravishing hunger ,,,,,, sweet dreams
