Two days of good workouts and staying on the plan.

I had an interesting (to me anyway) idea for my workouts. The problem I'm having is getting up in the morning at 6AM to workout. That's because my kids stay up late every night because they're on summer break and they keep me up too. So what if I shift my workouts to the later evening go to bed later and then sleep later in the morning? Anyone else do that? See any problems?

194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My husband does that and it seems to work ok for him. Dapends how late you do the workouts, though. He finds that if he exercises too much after about 10 then he sometimes has a hard time falling asleep. I couldn't do it, am more of a morning person than a night owl and I don't have enough energy at night to motivate myself to get a good workout.
