Working hard at trying to get my protein intake up. Studied around a little and found a target goal of 75gm of protein a day is supposed to promote weight loss and decrease my total calorie intake by keeping me more satiated. 25 gms/meal is hard to do, esp at breakfast. Happy with my weight loss for today. Enjoy reading everyone's journal entries each time I log on to chart my cal/exercise. Thanks fitokay for your supporting me this week.
