Cool beans! Hardly a waiver. Was expecting to be significantly up with the higher calorie cycle. Work bee at home today. I'm the drone. If you listen close you can likely hear me going on and on and on....
176.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! You didn't blow it with the higher calorie load. I saw a 2lb jump this weekend but I'm not officially recording until Wednesday. I guess M&M's do really count. :(

m&m's (peanut) are really healthy actually one of the better "bad choices" if you can keep it at 10-20 grams!
