10 days in. Weight isn't as low as I'd like to see but I've become to 'weight centric'. Calipers are indicating 1% drop in body fat over those 10 days. That's a loss of close to 2 pounds of fat. Down from 16% TO 15%. Am I happy with that? You're dang skippy. :)

177.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job, 15% BF is great. Double that and add a few to it, that's where I'm at.

I'm finding I now like the calipers far more than the scale. Once you're down to about 20% the read quite well and there's very little of the waiver that you see in scale weight. They don't have to be expensive. I'm using an accumeasure fitness 3000. It's somewhere between $20 and $30 and it has a sliding gauge with a little dooey (technical name) that clicks when it's got the reading. It works very well. It even fits in my suitcase and weighs far less than a scale. No. I don't take it when I travel. :)
