I really liked looking at my weight graph go down and I just noticed a blip up from yesterday and didn't like it much. The good news? I lost .4 pounds since yesterday's weigh in so that graph is going down!!!

Here's something that I have really liked for breakfast lately. A few tablespoons of egg beaters with bell peppers, mushrooms onions and tomato in a wrap; wrapped in romaine lettuce with a little bit of hot sauce. It's about 200 calories, tastes delicious and gives me that energy I need in the morning. At times I will throw in an over easy egg for more protein or some avocado.

Do you have any favorite recipes to share?

The steady downward slide will come back soon. Down .4 already is a great start. I don't have much on the recipe side but tonight I had salmon and it's the individually wrapped ones that are 100 calories per serving. That with some veggies is a nice quick lunch or dinner to me. And of course bird stew. Just kidding I caught zero birds today. LOL!

Your lettuce wrap sounds yummy and makes me want to try that! I might add some alfalfa sprouts. They are so crunchy and taste so fresh. It's been a long time since I ate alfalfa sprouts and I'm not even sure if they still sell them.

Sounds like breakfast is yummy at your house. I love breakfast burrito's with fresh veggies. I like mushrooms, but hubby doesn't, so I always order those on the rare occasions that we eat out.

ChicaLean, did you enter bird catching in the exercise section. I wonder how many calories you burn! That wrap is good and the alfalfa sprouts sound like a good addition. Thanks again for the support and tips and.....the occasional comedy routines. Lol
