I just don't know where those monday 4 pounds came from...these last 15 pounds are a struggle for me...it has been suggested that maybe 240 is my natural weight seeing that I played FB at 275-280 for so many years...I still think I can get there!!!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Of course you can get there. You have to stick to it and keep up the exercise. it may take some time and a lot of effort.
