Make sure you are eating all your daily points every day. Your body needs the nutrients to fuel your workouts. You might even eat a few activity points, but keep them healthy. Make sure you are getting enough protein and watch your sodium intake. Otherwise, give it another week and see what happens. Are you measuring yourself so you can see the inches lost? It's a great motivator when the scale isn't moving the way you want it to.

about your weight not budging, make sure you are eating at least 1,500 calories a day even when trying to lose weight or else you are just slowing down your metabolism and that will cause excess weight loss and then a rutt or excess weight gain.. just saying... you may be doing everything right, but try doing different workouts each week, not necessarily more, but change it up or your body may get used to doing the same thing and the weight loss will not continue. Hope I helped!
