BF est 7.6%

Plyo was rough yesterday, but not as bad as the week before. My shirt was absolutely drenched in sweat, so that's a good thing :)

Also the BodyMedia is telling me I set a new personal best on steps taken, with around 13,300.

Now, I'm still tired and sore from some good workouts the last two days, and I just want my oatmeal for breakfast. Instead, I have to do Ab Ripper. The fun never stops :)
153.2 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
