Weight is still holding strong. I can't wait for this week to be over, so I can get my final results and take my 90 day picture. Plus, I'm looking forward to bumping back up to 2400 calories a day and doing some different exercises. Although the p90x works great, by the end the vidoes are so repetitive that you're having little to no momentum to workout or finish. It's recovery week, anyway. I didn't workout yesterday, but ate fairly well. Instead of yoga today, I may go for a run and do some x stretch. We'll see how it goes.
