Hit and miss on here. Summer is here and I love being outside reading, or messing in the yard etc. I'm not good about journaling, been doing this for so long, I don't feel like I have a lot to say that hasn't already been said. Hope everyone is doing good and realizing it's a day by day journey/life style and the secret is to just not quit, even if you blow it one day or three days... just start again, each morning is a fresh start, don't beat yourself up, the mind tricks are the hardest to overcome, but it CAN be done!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Christy! I remember when we first connected, we were at the same weight and goals and doing the same things...I said we could be twins...ha! i just read you entry and BAM! I have been spending time in my garden and outside and not recording ANYTHING or journaling, but feeling great and did not gain a single pound. Enjoy your summer, talk to you soon...Iulani

LOL Lulani! Love being outside, love the summertime. Glad we're still "doing it right" :P At this point, we know what to do, it's just a matter of doing it. Have a wonderful summer and maybe we'll "chat" here and there.
