I am really trying to refocus after vacation! It seems that I carried those bad eating habits over into my daily routine! NOT GOOD! Especially when I wasn't getting my exercising in either! I wish that I could continue running outside in my neighborhood, but it is just too hot! The last day that I ran @ 5:15am, I got home in a pool of sweat! UGH! So I have been going back to the gym & running on the treadmill. I don't like it as much, but it's exercise that I need! Right now, I am just pushing to get back under 160! I feel sooooooo much better there!
161.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Doing good, girl. I know what you mean about habits from vacation. It took me TWO weeks to get out of the eat-everything-in-sight routine and I'm still not working out. Ugh. But I've gotten back on track. I didn't let the stall get to me. That's the most important thing.
