I ate reasonably well during the week, but definitely over-did it this weekend. Traveling is always my biggest vice--I love munching on fast food on the road. Plus, when I'm in Youngstown, Jay and I like to treat ourselves at a nice restaurant. I don't really regret anything I ate--they were all rarer indulgences. I'm proud of myself for keeping up with my running plan while I was home.
