Didn't log in yesterday, but did a short workout on the Bowflex Xceed. Got 2 workouts in today. Not too happy with my weight, but gotta keep trying. GOAL this week is to get down to 135lbs. and NO SWEETS (except for lactation bars).

Bowflex Xceed (only about 15min.)
-Overhead Forward Press 2 x 15 (100lb. total)
-Overhead Backward Press 2 x 15 (100lb. total)
-Bicep Curls 2 x 15 (30lb. ea/side)
-Chair Lunges 2 x 20 (no weights)
-Hamstring Curls 2 x 15 (35lb. ea/side)
Scissor Crunches 2 x 20

Time: 43 minutes
Calories: 386
Fat Cals: 120
137.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
