LOST A POUND THIS WEEK. SLACKED OFF A BIT AND I'M GOOD WITH IT.

HOW DID YOU DO THIS PAST WEEK?
224.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The weight is holding steady, doing lots of work in my yard so burning calories and outdoor exercise. I must be losing some inches as 2 pairs of slacks I bought a month ago are getting baggy and too big. (thank goodness for thrift stores!) This is good because right now my goal is fitness as i'm 2 pounds from my goal weight.

We are all doing really well. What I really like about our buddies is that they don't let a bad day, even a bad week deter us. You guys and girls deserve a big hand!

I lost 4.2 lbs, I am averaging 4.67 lbs a week since April 3rd 2014.. lost 42 lbs so far, but got a long journey a head of me.. :-D
