No change in my weight today, which I am not surprised about. I had a restaurant dinner last night and tried to eat low calorie at breakfast and lunch, but the dinner choices were high in fat, way above my recommended maximum of 35%. Today is a new day and I will keep going. :)
165.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Deb, if you know where you are going to eat, you can try to visit the restaurant's website and choose your meal in advance. This sometimes works for me. When it doesn't, a safe bet is to order breakfast for dinner, if they offer it. A few eggs and toast is always a safe bet! Good luck.

It's only 1 day frustrating though it might be, but part of life. You didn't do anything bad, as you said it is a new day and the journey goes on. :)

No change is a good option. I made poor food choices yesterday and I am up 2 lbs.
