Well, surprise surprise. Went to Pizza Ranch last night and although I was good, I ate too much I'm sure. I weighed 174 before bed last night so I braced myself for the worst this morning. And overnight, somehow mysteriously, 4 pounds vanished again. And by tomorrow...I may be a couple pounds lighter yet. LOL! Pizza Ranch was very good...new one just opened in our town. I had mashed potatoes and gravy, bbq chicken and corn. Oh yes, sampled a breadstick and a piece of cactus bread too.

I can see that I am not going to make 160 by the time we ski this weekend. Revised goal...168. That's 2 pounds to lose by Friday.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
