40/50 miles in. :) And 50.5lbs down! ;) Finally. Woot! The scale just didn't want to budge the last week. XD So today is going to be a good day. ^.^ Going to try and get in measurements and full body pics today as well. :P Still can't find the darn tripod for the camera, so I'll have to get Hubs to help with the pics. ^.^
257.0 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 April 2011:
1390 kcal Fat: 29.79g | Prot: 138.95g | Carb: 153.16g.   Breakfast: all purpose flour, silk almond milk vanilla, egg white, land o lakes butter, Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer, coffee, EAS protien powder, cinnamon raisin swirl. Lunch: great value italian cheese, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), uncle ben wild rice, baby carrots. Dinner: butter gold potato, broccoli, romaine lettuce, kraft free italian, grape tomatoes, Beef Top Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), baby carrots. Snacks/Other: pringles sour cream onion, great value tuna in water, polaner sugar free blackberry, bigelow green tea, athenos, strawberries. more...
