Method to my madness Post #2

Well this is it. This is the last day of my bulk. Tomorrow I start shaving weight again. If you want to see the process I plan to use, take a read of the post mentioned above. You'll need to click on this journal entry to get to the actual hyper link to the article.

I'm afraid it's rather lengthy, but it's the way I sort things out. If I can't explain something, I don't understand it well enough. I'm looking forward to it. I don't know if I'll be able to hit the macros consistently every day, but I'll do me best to make it happen.

Post #3 will likely be on choices and consequences of certain carbs. I don't believe any are good or bad in and of themselves but rather do certain things for and to us. Understanding that will help us make choices for where we are at any given time. There is nothing that brings on arguments as quickly as certain types of carbs. They're worth understanding.

Have a great day, buds. I have three reports on physiology that have to be written before next Sunday. I'll be about, but I'll likely only be half here.

Tomorrow will be an 1800 calorie day for me. That's brutally low. It's a good kickoff to the new weight loss. Calorie cycling here I come!

I look forward to learning from you, and hope you may learn a few things from me as well. I'm not quite there where you are about the cycling and bulking phases you are going through, but I hope to learn more about these.
