Back on track. I knew that opening day gorging wouldn't hurt me to bad. Although, I did finish the ciao bella key lime graham cracker ice cream after dinner tonight. 1/2 cup will net you 270 calories, 30g carb, and 14g fat. Oh well. I didn't eat a whole lot today, and I had a great workout. I just wish I would've had a bit more protein. Today was legs and back, last one ever! Tomorrow is kenpo.
