Glad to have this challenge to create a new habit in 12 weeks. So far, so good - I do not even feel deprived in not eating late at night. The tea does it, and my commitment. This will be a wonderful accomplishment for a lifetime. I have known that snaking into the night was harmful, but it is a hard habit to break. Doing it this time.

Along with that I have been to the gym daily except for today when I get a real workout doing heavy yardening. Will check my weight in the morning.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
