1225 kcal Fat: 38.76g | Prot: 104.52g | Carb: 124.01g.   Breakfast: saralee 45 calorie multigrain bread, land o lakes butter, orange, kashi protein, silk almond milk vanilla, Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer, coffee, EAS protien powder. Lunch: panko crumbs, butterball ground turkey, long white rice, great value italian cheese, baby carrots, land o lakes light butter, sweet onion. Dinner: Beef Top Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), grape tomatoes, kraft free italian, romaine lettuce, broccoli, baby carrots. Snacks/Other: bigelow green tea, homemade chocolate chip cookie, orange, athenos, strawberries. more...
