Been difficult to get back into the routine after being away for so many months. Had a personal crisis in December that continues to echo into the present, which has led to some adverse lifestyle recidivism.
But working on it.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
