Worked out really hard in my weight-lifting class last night. The downside to the hard weight-lifting is that I am SOOO hungry after. I try to eat light in the evenings, but after the hard workout I keep finding myself gravitating to the refrigerator.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
