OK...now I just need to break below 170 for a change. I've lost 40 pounds on this diet so far. Unfortunately, it's the same 4 pounds, 10 times. Had I just been able to keep going down, I would have been to my goal weight by now. Today I wore pants with a really tight waistband as a motivator.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
