I didn't lose that much overnight; it's just the first time I've remembered to weigh myself first thing in the morning. The scale also says I have a bodyfat of 16% but I don't believe that! its water scanner must be broken.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
