No workout today. Having some low milk supply issues, so was told to cut back on my workouts. I just don't understand how you can lose weight while still having to eat an extra 300-500 calories. Doesn't make any sense to me. :( Not sure how I'm going to succeed AND succeed at bfing. Struggling to find a balance....and feeling like I'm failing at both things.
