Thank you for all your support! I am lower weight this week - weighed in a day early because the result is good after so many bad days! Another 0.4 pounds away! Bye, poundage! Have a good life somewhere else!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
