Haven't exactly fallen off the diet, I've just been so busy lately that sometimes eating healthy just isn't an option. I've been as active as possible as well, but most days there just hasn't been time to take a walk or do some aerobics. Still, I made the best choices I had available to me, and I'm really pleased to see that it counted and the scale barely moved.

For the next week, though, that's going to change. I'll be able to eat at home, and have at least 1 hour free over the course of the day to exercise. So I'm going all out to see if I can drop a few pounds before I become too busy to think again.

I've had good experiences with Atkins in the past, so I'm going to do a 2 day fat fast, and try to walk a mile each time I eat (I have a mile-long round trip walk from my front door already laid out). After that, Induction for two weeks or so, with gradually higher impact exercising alongside should get me closer to my goals. I'm hoping I can really push myself and develop the stamina I'm really going to need to get through the festival.
