Despite the fact that I had to take a break in the middle of my workout video (The 30 Day Shred), I still managed to get two good workouts in yesterday. Hoping I can do the same again today. *fingers-crossed*

1)Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" w/ 2 weights (had to take 2 breaks in between, though; because for some reason, I was feeling really dizzy whenever we'd move from an exercise that was in the laying down position to a standing position. Didn't want to fall over and hit my head on the table or t.v. stand.

...got really hungry for some reason too. Decided to eat some rotisserie chicken and some kimchee so I wouldn't binge on those chocolate-covered shortbread cookies that are calling my name. :\ Hope this doesn't screw me over.

1)Bowflex Xceed:
-Bicep Curls 1 x 10, 2 x 15 (30lb. ea/side)
-Sitting Rows 2 x 10, 1 x 20 (30lb. ea/side)
-Hamstring Curls 3 x 15 (35lb. ea/side)
-Pulsating Outward Squats 3 x 40 (no weights)
-Chest Flys 3 x 15 (30lb. ea/side)
-Overhead Press 3 x 15 (50lbs. ea/side)
...no chair lunges because my thighs burn/hurt a lot today. Didn't hurt much (or at all---can't remember) yesterday, so I'm wondering why).
137.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeling dizzy when you suddenly stand up could be a number of things. Usually low blood sugar or low blood pressure. I have fainted from both. Please take it easy and make sure you have eaten something before you work out. :)
